TODDLER ONE | TODDLER two

1 - 2 Years | 2 - 3 years

One’s

1 – 2 Years
  • At this stage, your toddler is in full exploration mode—and we’re right there with them! Our qualified teachers help toddlers make sense of the world around them, guiding their curiosity and early ideas.
  • We recognize that every toddler is a powerful little person with their own temperament, learning style, and life experience. We honor their individuality by giving them safe, age-appropriate choices and encouraging independence within clear, loving boundaries.
  • As soon as your infant is mobile and on their feet, they’ll move into the ONE room. In this carefully planned classroom, activities are built from teacher observations—how your child plays, what they’re drawn to, and how they interact with new materials.
  • As with every stage at Pop-Ins, age-appropriate books and daily reading are a core part of our routine, supporting early language and a love of stories.
  • To keep you involved and reassured, your child’s activities and milestones are documented and shared with you every day—so you never miss a moment of their growth.
  • We also take care to nurture strong connections between teachers, parents, and friends, so your child sees school as a warm, comfortable place where they belong. Our goal is for every child to be excited to spend the day with us.
  • Your toddler will be invited to:
  1. Climb and move their bodies in safe, supervised ways
  2. Explore sensory experiences like water, sand, paint, and clay
  3. Enjoy our outdoor playground designed just for toddlers

Two’s

2 – 3 Years
These busy 2-year-olds are testing their independence—and we’re here for it!

Our teachers gently support and encourage toddlers as they move through their daily routines: washing hands, dressing for outdoor play, learning to use the toilet, cleaning up after meals, and making age-appropriate choices all day long.

THEIR CLASSROOM IS SET UP WITH INVITING LEARNING STATIONS DESIGNED TO SPARK CURIOSITY AND EXPLORATION.

Expressive Area

With paint, clay, and other hands-on materials, your child learns to express feelings, experiment with textures, and see how they can change and shape the world around them.

Literacy

Books are at the heart of our day. Storytime helps broaden your child’s imagination, build vocabulary, and nurture a lifelong love of reading.

Large Motor Skills

Here, toddlers can safely jump, run, crawl, climb, and roll—building strength, coordination, and confidence in their growing bodies.

Music and Movement

Your child explores rhythm, sound, and movement while discovering fun new ways to express themselves through music.

Dramatic Play

By trying on different roles and acting out real-life situations, toddlers make sense of their world, practice social skills, and work through big emotions in a safe, playful way.

Block Play

Through building and balancing, your child begins to explore early math and science concepts like weight, shape, height, and number—without even realizing they’re learning.

Outdoor Play

Our outdoor space is designed just for toddlers and used year-round, giving them the chance to experience all four seasons, move freely, and connect with nature.

Throughout it all, we’re focused on growing social skills. Toddlers learn to engage with peers, share, take turns, use their words, and practice good manners. Their natural curiosity about people is welcomed and encouraged as they share ideas, questions, and concerns in a warm, supportive environment.

Additional 2-Year-Old Option

We also offer a flexible program for 2-year-olds that runs three days a week for one hour a day—perfect for little ones (and parents!) who are just beginning to explore a gentle, structured school experience.
